The HAZ (Homosexual Working Groups Zurich) are one of the largest LGBTQ organizations in Switzerland and since 1972 have been advocating respect for fundamental and human rights and the complete legal equality of lesbians, gays, bisexuals and trans people in all areas of life.

They fight against all forms of discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, in particular structural discrimination.
