We are guests at the Brasserie Anker in the heart of Bern. The Anker is famous for its more than 20 Röschti specialties. The insider tip is the “Bernese-Platter”. For the vegetarians and vegans among us there is also a fine selection. You can choose your menu on the spot “a la carte”.
