Starters

You can choose between the following starters:

• Variant 1: Nüssli salad with egg
• Variant 2: Nüssli salad with egg and dried meat / raw ham
• Variant 3: dried meat / raw ham and cold Vaudois saucisson, finely sliced

Main course

The main course is fondue fribourgeoise with bread, potatoes, gherkins, onions, pineapple and pears.

The following varieties are available:

• moitié – moitié
• pure vacherin

Dessert

• Orange salad with dates: CHF 10.50
• (or à la carte)

With the attendees of the Annual General Meeting we will go together to the venue. All others are asked to come to the restaurant on their own.
