Update for the event

Due to the changed situation, this event cannot be held as announced.

In order to enable planning security and not to endanger the personal safety of our guests and staff at our partner locations, we have decided to postpone the meeting by one year. We look forward to see you in Zurich at Whitsun 2021.

LMS Welcome Apéro & Dinner

Throw yourselves into the evening dress! We open the event with a flying dinner in the Turbinenhalle. The dinner will take place in closed company. Hence you can go in full costume. Those who like it more revealing, will surely get their money’s worth at the subsequent party…

To facilitate the interaction with old acquaintances and to introduce you to new faces on your first evening, there is no seating or standing order.

The participation is included in the “L” und “XL” packages. If you don’t have one, you can also purchase a single ticket subject to availability.

Included in the package or event ticket:

Beverages

• 1 glass with aperitif, alternatively prosecco, white wine, Turbinenbräu beer, mixed fruit juice
• For dinner: Mineral water
• After the meal: coffee or tea

Additional drinks can be purchased at the bar.

Apéro (starting 7.00 pm)

Homemade crostini with spent grains bread chips and nuts

Appetizers (starting 7.45 pm)

• Potato soup served hot or cold
• Grain salad with vegetables and fruits
• Quiche with bacon and Gruyère

Main courses (starting 8.30 pm)

• Beef cutlets braised in beer, Polenta Bramata
• Chicken ragout Thurgau style with apple and leek, mixed vegetables
• Älpler Makkaronen with potatoes, onions, cream and apple sauce

Desserts (starting 9.15 pm)

• Burnt cream
• Homemade ice cream and sorbet
• Chocolate mousse
